Driving Directions to the Parklawn Building

From Northern Virginia and Points South:

• Take I-66 East toward Washington
• Take the I-495 North Exit toward Baltimore, exit #64B
• Continue on the I-27 Spur North towards Frederick/Rockville, exit #38
• Take the Montrose Road East exit, exit #4A
• Bear Right towards Montrose Road
• Turn Left on E Jefferson Street
• Turn Right on Rollins Avenue
• Continue on Twinbrook Pkwy.
• Turn Right on Fishers Lane
• 5600 Fishers Lane is on your Right hand side

From Washington, DC and Points East:

• Proceed North at Connecticut Avenue NW
• Rear Right at Chevy Chase Circle NW
• Turn Right on Connecticut Ave
• Bear Right to take I-495 West toward Beltway West/Frederick/Northern Virginia
• Take the MD-355/Wisconsin Avenue towards Bethesda/Rockville, exit #34
• Continue on Rockville Pike
• Turn Right on Bou Avenue
• Turn Left on Chapman Avenue
• Turn Right on Twinbrook Parkway
• Turn Right on Fishers Lane
• 5600 Fishers Lane is on your Right hand side

From Maryland and Points North:

• Take I-95 South
• Take the Exit for I-495 West toward College Park/Silver Spring, exit #27
• Take the Georgia Avenue/MD-97 Exit towards Silver Spring/Wheaton, exit #31
• Continue North on Georgia Avenue
• Bear Left on Veirs Mill Road
• Turn Left on Twinbrook Parkway
• Turn Left on Fishers Lane
• 5600 Fishers Lane is on your Right hand side

Transportation

• Drive to the Parklawn Building at 5600 Fishers Lane.
  • Visitor lot is located on Fishers Lane across the street from the HHS building
    Costs:
    1 hour (up to) - $2.00
    2 hours (up to) - $3.25
    3 hours (up to) - $4.50
    4 hours (up to) - $5.75
    Over 4 hours (daily rate) - $7.00
    
  • In addition, there are several parking meters in the vicinity, which can be used up to 2 hours.

  • From the Twinbrook station, take the Ride-On Bus #93 which stops at the Parklawn building.  For more information, please see http://montgomerycountymd.gov/content/dpwt/transit/routesandschedules/allroutes/route93.asp.
    • Bus fare is $1.25
