HHS Mentoring Program

The HHS Career Mentoring Program is available to all HHS federal employees. The purpose of the program is to connect people across the department to foster career development.
The HHS Career Mentoring Program seeks:
- To afford HHS employees the opportunity to participate in a mentoring relationship that stresses personal and professional growth
- To provide mentees the opportunity to gain broader perspectives about government in general and HHS specifically, enhancing their ability to make productive career decisions
- To empower mentees to be more proactive in planning and achieving their career goals
- To enable mentors to share their expertise and knowledge
- To support the recruitment and retention of a high-quality workforce and ensure that HHS is an employer of choice for current and future employees
